The "Clear Skies" Guarantee

At UmbraVoid, we hold our apparel to the same exacting standards you apply to your astronomical gear. Every single tee is a statement of your passion for the cosmos, and we are committed to ensuring it meets your expectations. This isn't about legal fine print; it's about a straightforward commitment to our community.

1. Cancellations & Order Modifications (The 6-Hour Window)

We know that sometimes you need to recalibrate your coordinates. You have exactly 6 hours from the moment you place your order to cancel or modify it (change size, address, or cancel entirely). Because our premium apparel is custom-printed on demand to ensure the highest quality and zero waste, production locks in automatically after this 6-hour window. Once production begins, changes or cancellations can no longer be made.

2. Production & Delivery Timeframe

Great things take time (though thankfully, not light-years). Your UmbraVoid gear is printed specifically for you upon ordering. Please expect a 5 to 8 business day timeframe for production and delivery to your door. You will receive a tracking transmission as soon as your gear leaves our facility.

3. Defective or Damaged Gear (Our "Zero Drift" Policy)

If your order arrives with a manufacturing defect, misprint, or damage (our version of a bad collimation), we will make it right immediately. Contact our support team at cs@umbravoid.com within 30 days of receiving the item. Please include your order number and a clear photograph of the issue. We will process a free replacement or a full refund right away—no need to ship the defective item back to us.

4. Returns for Sizing or Buyer's Remorse

Because every item is printed on demand specifically for your order, we do not hold dead warehouse inventory. For this reason, we cannot process returns or exchanges for incorrect size choices or changes of mind. Please measure twice and consult our detailed sizing chart located on every product page before confirming your payload.
