The Launch Sequence

The cosmos is vast, but our shipping network is highly precise. Here is everything you need to know about how your UmbraVoid gear travels from our facility to your observatory (or front door).

1. Order Processing & Production

Every UmbraVoid garment is printed on demand specifically for your order. We do not pull dusty shirts off a warehouse shelf.

• Once you place an order, you have a 6-hour window to make any changes or cancel.
• After 6 hours, your order enters the production phase.
• It typically takes our technicians 2 to 3 business days to print, cure, and quality-check your gear before it is cleared for launch.

2. Transit Times (The 5-8 Day Standard)

Our goal is to get your gear to you as efficiently as possible without compromising quality.

• Domestic Shipping (US): Once production is complete, standard transit time is 3 to 5 business days. Therefore, the total time from placing your order to having it in your hands is typically 5 to 8 business days.
• International Shipping: For our global stargazers, transit times usually range from 10 to 15 business days depending on your local customs office and distance.

3. Tracking Your Payload

As soon as your package leaves our facility, you will receive a transmission (email) containing your tracking number. Please note: It may take 24 to 48 hours for the carrier's radar to update and show the package's initial movement.

4. Lost or Stolen Packages

If your tracking shows that your package has been lost in the void (stalled in transit for more than 10 days without updates), contact us immediately and we will dispatch a replacement. However, UmbraVoid is not responsible for packages that are marked as "Delivered" by the carrier but are missing from your porch. Please ensure your shipping address is a secure location.
